What should I do if I receive damaged goods upon arrival and want to exchange them?
A: If you receive damaged goods upon arrival and want to exchange them, please follow these steps:
Take photos of the damaged items and any damage to the packaging they came in. This will help us assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged items to report the issue and initiate the exchange process. You can reach us by email.
Provide us with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you took. We may also ask you to provide additional information or evidence, such as a video or a written statement.
Once we have verified the damage, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged items to us. You will need to package them securely and send them back to us within 14 days of receiving our instructions.
We will inspect the returned items and confirm the damage. If the damage was due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, we will exchange the items for new ones at no additional cost to you. If the damage was due to misuse or mishandling on your part, we may not be able to exchange the items or may require you to pay for the replacement.
